Office information at a glance: Sarail Upazila Secondary education office is run under the supervision of District Education office under the Department of Secondary and Higher Secondary education under the Ministry of Education. Information regarding Stipends: Under the integrated stipend program, The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh is providing stipends to the 20 percent male and 30 percent female students of higher Secondary schools and Madrasas. At Sarail Upazila, 22 Secondary level institutions have provided Scholarships to 6785 students in year 2017 through Dutch Bangla mobile banking. In two colleges of Higher Secondary level, stipends have been provided to 452 students at the rate of 10 percent for male and 40 percent for female students for the financial year 2018-2019 through Dutch Bangla Mobile banking.
